After five years, Dassel has its very own bake shop once again with the opening of Jay'z Bakery Saturday.
Owners Jason and Mona Zimmerman of Dassel opened the doors Nov. 21 to Jay'z Bakery, located at 361 Atlantic Avenue in Dassel.
The couple purchased the old bakery building four years ago and have been in the process of getting it ready to reopen, including a complete remodel of the building.
